Information and quotations
Website content is general B2B information. Availability, grade, specification, certification status, MOQ, packing, price, port, lead time and destination-market documents are confirmed in a written quotation, sample approval, proforma invoice or contract. If documents conflict, the signed contract or accepted proforma invoice controls.
Buyer responsibility
The buyer must provide accurate company, destination, quantity, application, label and import requirements and independently confirm local classification, registration, food, customs and resale rules. Samples and documents must be reviewed before a commercial order.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use this site for legitimate sourcing. Do not scrape personal data, interfere with security, submit unlawful content or impersonate another business. Site text, branding, photography and downloads remain owned by or licensed to the company unless stated otherwise.
Payments, delivery and claims
Payments are accepted only against an approved quote or invoice through the methods stated there. See the Payment, Cancellation and Claims Policy. Delivery, inspection, risk, title and claim windows follow the accepted Incoterm and contract.

The site is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that general web content fits every market or application. Contractual warranties and liability caps are those in the signed transaction documents; nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
