SAMPLE APPROVAL

Use samples to approve product, packing and specification before order planning.

A B2B sample is not a casual tasting item. It should prove the product format, packing direction, evaluation method and commercial order basis before a purchase decision.

Hawthorn sample packing reference

What happens before a sample becomes an order reference.

The goal is to reduce shipment risk. Product, packing and documents must be reviewed against the buyer's market and channel.

1. Confirm sample purpose

Freshness, dried format, powder/extract specification, retail packing, label direction or OEM feasibility.

2. Confirm cost and courier

Sample cost, packing, testing if needed and international courier route are agreed before dispatch.

3. Dispatch traceable sample

We share product reference, packing note and tracking so the buyer can record the sample condition on arrival.

4. Buyer evaluation

The buyer checks sensory, physical, technical, packing and destination-market requirements.

5. Written approval or revision

Approved sample/specification is documented; unclear points are revised before a commercial quote is locked.

6. Order planning

Current material availability, MOQ, lead time, documents and trade term are reconfirmed for the order.

Tell us what the sample must prove for your market.

We will not treat a sample request as an order promise until product scope, documents and commercial route are clear.
